James Pidwysocky Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Pidwysocky (Outremont, Québec), who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Stefan Pidwysocky and Anna Pidwysocky; his siblings, Leontina Yavorsky (Paul) and Ray Stevens; and his parents-in-law, John and Anastasia Gerych.
He is survived by : his children, Stephen (Dawne) of Fredericton, N. B. and Maryann (Roman) of Coquitlam, B. C; his sister Mary Sauvey of Montreal; his sister-in-law Irena Gerych; his nieces and nephews, Donna (Andrij Ronish), Darene (Dan Holm), Roma Stevens, Joanne Slaney, Greg Yavorsky, Robert Sauvey (Shawn Watson) and Adrian Stevens; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Yarema Ronish (Heather), Kris Yavorsky, Emily Yavorsky and Chloe Gemayal.
Due to pandemic restrictions, the ceremony will be held in private.
In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to St. Sophie Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral or to a charity of your choice.
