He was predeceased by : his wife Cindy Reisler; and his parents, Roy Hoffman and Sylvia Hoffman. He is survived by : his children, Jaclyn Hoffman (Norman Hébert) and Lindsay Hoffman; his grandson Charlie Hébert; his brother Mark; his siblings-in-law, Debra Hoffman, Howard and David Reisler; and his nieces and nephews, Avi Hoffman (Arinn Amer), Oren (Ari Hoffman), Rachel Hoffman and Mathew Reisler.
