She is survived by: her spouse Derick Jacobs; her sons, Richard (Nina), Patrick (Tatjana) and David (Theresa); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Christopher, Benjamin, Ryan, Carter and Bryce; her parent Armand (Simone); and her children, Louise, Jacques and Hélène.

Gilberte (Bourdages) Jacobs, 91, passed away peacefully with family beside her on November 1st at La Maison Bussey in Lachine, Québec after a long battle with Alzheimer.
