He was predeceased by : his wife Florence Gradinger; his child Rabbi Martin Penn; his sister Annie; and his siblings-in-law, Mildred Penn, David Wasserman, Annette and William Berlin.
He is survived by : his children, Roslyn (Norman Malin) and Harold (Rosa Penn); his great grandchildren, Lilly Summer Strebinger, Charlotte Olivia Malin, Isabella Grace, Toben Penn, Molly Faith Levine, Mackenzie Aria, Landon Ryker and Anderson Abraham Weizel; and his siblings-in-law, Hazel, Norma and Eli Moscovitz. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and many friends.
