He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelard Roy and Zelia Roy; and his siblings, Edmond, William, Lester, Cecilia Derr, Theresa Oldfield and Dee Morford.
He is survived by: his brother Les; his sister-in-law Emma; his wife Patti; his children, Ann (Rick Washut), Ted (Lynda Roy), Kevin (Nancy Roy), Kathleen (Greg Paganelli) and Julie (Peter Larsen); his grandchildren, Kyle, Drew, Mollie, Joe, Kellie, Katie, Danny, Teddy, William, Patricia, Mick and Ellie; and his great grandchild Liam. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews from his siblings and Patti's siblings.
