It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alton Everett Gifford (Richmond, Québec), who passed away on February 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Marina Sells; his parents, Earl Thomas and Hazel Smith; his siblings, Ada, David (late Ida Blake), Doris (late Lorne Kydd), Elwin, Helen, Grace, Raymond (late Rachel Perron) and Methel (late Herbert Later); and his siblings-in-law, Rev. Charles Hastings Sells, Elsie (late Stuart Perkins), Robert, Gordon, James (Irene Blake), Annie (late Howard Frost) and Doris (late Irman Atkinson).

He is survived by : his sisters, Eva (late William Converse), Pauline "Polly" (late Arthur McClure) and Marion (late Bruce Mastine).

Donations to the Canadian cancer society would be appreciated.
