He is survived by: his wife Lydia; his son Derek; his parents, Clarence Yeomans (Ted) and Adele Yeomans; his mother-in-law Claude Bonaca; his sibling's children, Matthew, Megan, Brett, Nicolas, Erika, Garrett and Kelsey; Courtney (Durette) and Evelyn Bonaca.
To honour Don's love of science and research, the family would appreciate donations to the Arthritis Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
