“I was a colleague of Kelly's. We worked together in the Horticulture Department for the City Contracts. I still cannot believe he is gone., We are all shocked and so sad to hear this terrible news. We used to get giddy when Fridays used to come because it meant the weekend was around the corner. His love for his children is what stands out in my mind. God Bless his family and may they find some kind of peace in their hearts, for their loss.”
