He was predeceased by: his siblings, Rusty, Randy and Denise. He is survived by: his wife Carol Lazare; his children, Louise (Thomas), Pat Jr. (Cheryl Ann) and Christine (Cory); his grandchildren, Mark (Eva), Cheryl, Matty (Shakira), Daniel (Jade), Joshua, Perri-Lee, Nolan, Cameron, Cheyenne (Oran) and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Ranonhkwatsheríio and Rahontsawaks; and his sister Kathleen (Cindy).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Kateri Memorial Hospital Centre Long Term Care Unit 1 Staff team building fund.
