It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penelope (Penny) Bisgard Foster (Saint-Lambert, Québec), who passed away on November 18, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her close friend William King; and her brother Kenton. She is survived by: her children, Wendy (Godfrey), Mia and Bryce; and her friends, Carole, Lou-Anne, Betty-Anne and Madeline.
