He is survived by: his wife Susan Jane Salmon; his children, Jeffrey and Vanessa; his grandchildren, Jade, Elizabeth and Erika; his siblings, Keith (Judy E. O'Brian) and Melanie (David Allen); and his sister-in-law Sheryl (Stuart Taylor). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and godson.
