He was predeceased by : his wife Helen; his son Dwayne; his parents, Nick and Anne; and his siblings, Mike, Frank, Teddy, Annie Labenovich, Pauline Berezowski, Mary Fayeski, Helen Yaceyko, Sophie Christman, Jessie Tkachyk, Josie Potts and Elizabeth Baziuk.

He is survived by : his children, Len (Dianna), Darlene Tkachyk Munro (Rick Chodat), Ernie (Debbie), Elaine Reinsch (Wally) and Dave (Mary Jane). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren & 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews.
