She was predeceased by: her spouse Leonard Haplin; her sons, Brian and James; her brother Robert "Chic" Millard; and her parent Roy Millard.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Stinson, Gary Halpin (Brenda), Karen Georgijev (Walter), Donna Robinson and Paul Halpin (Joanne); her grandchildren, Steven (Angela), Robert (Tanya), Doug (Heather), Kate (Norm), Andrea, Wes, Angel (Derek), Lauren (Samuel), Laura (Brett), Miranda (Jon), Anthony (Morgaine) and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Grace, Hailey, Trent, Maddox, Parker, Reagan, Fiona, Lydia, Elliot, Robin and Jameson; and her parent Annie Millard (Knowles). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and friends.
