He is survived by : his daughters, Debbie Coulter and Theresa Johnston; his grandchildren, Christopher and Kyle; and his siblings, Wayne Johnston (Marilyn), Bill Johnston (Ruth) and Patt Axson. He is also survived by step brothers and sister and nieces and nephews.
