With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Hershel Bernstein (Senneville, Québec), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Felix Bernstein and Isobel Bernstein; and his siblings, Ita Freedman and Aaron Bernstein. He is survived by: his wife Ann Merrifield Bernstein; his children, Dr. Stephanie Covall (Ed Rappaport), Karen Bernstein (Jeffrey Barnes) and Jonathan Bernstein (Ane Jorgensen); his grandchildren, Karly Covall (Cameron Parmenter), Julie Covall (Ilan Blask), Anna, Maya and Emil Bernstein; and his sister-in-law Linda Joyce. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
