She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Belsher; her parents-in-law, Bob and Lorna Younge (Steinke); and her sister Darlene. She is survived by: her husband Rick Younge; her children, Rebecca (Chris), Benjamin (Katie) and Patrick (Heather); her grandchildren, Lochlan, Callum, Sophia, Brielle, Ivy and Iris; her mother Patricia Belsher; her siblings, Dianne (Bruce), Cathy (Doug), Colleen (David), Sandy (Jamie), Gayle (Blake) and Chuck (Michelle); and her siblings-in-law, Wendy, Wanda (Mike) and Roger (Fiona). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who knew her by "Auntie".
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Hayes Funeral Home (134 Rue Centre, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Shawville United Church (410 Rue Main, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0).
Donations may be made to the MS Society of Canada, the Shawville United Church or the Pontiac Arena Fund.
