Though Hugh may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Hugh leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tracy and Flora Caldwell; and his sister Jean McNeil (late Murray). He is survived by: his wife Jill Hobbs Tracy; his children, Rebecca (Scott Crawford), Alyssa (Cody Gabie) and Ryan (Amanda Smith); and his brother John J. Tracy (Gail Proudfoot). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
