Jean (Eckford) Coles Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jean (Eckford) Coles (Shawville, Québec). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Coles; her daughter Julie-Lynn; her parents, Lindsay Eckford and Nettie Eckford; and her sisters-in-law, Joan (Wayne Brown) and Cindy (Mike Smiley).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa and Dave (Samantha Twolan); her grandchildren, Kaylee, Lawson and Jett; her sister Shirley (Bob Thomas); and her sister-in-law Judy (Steve Dobec). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (134 Rue Centre, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Christian Fellowship Church (586 Rue Main, Shawville, QC J0X2Y0).
