It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean (Stephens) Murray (Shawville, Québec), who passed away on April 8, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Grant Murray of Calumet Island; her parents, Thomas Stephens and Fern Stephens (Elliott) of Clarendon, Quebec.; her brother Delbert (late Grace Tubman); and her sister-in-law Erma (late Loyola Roach).
She is survived by: her family Jean Murray (Stephens); her children, David (Jane Murdock) and Janice (late Marc Ratté); her grandsons, Steven Ratté (Jennifer McElligott), Alexander Ratté and James Murray; her sister Carol (late Versal Pirie); and her sister-in-law Marion Ross (late Alvin Murray). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
