With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Muriel Anna Hearty (Shawville, Québec), who passed away on October 29, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Elizabeth "Mamie" Quinn and William Hearty; her husband Carl Carlson; and her siblings, Angus (late Winnifred O'Brien), Dominic (late Clara Holland), Lorenzo, Arnold, Darcy (late Florence Pleau), Gertrude (late Guy Romain), Rita (late Aloysius McGuire), Genevieve (late Richard Hearty) and Carmel (late Leo Donnelly).

She is survived by: her siblings, Bertha (late Lionel Demers), Marina (late James Chugg) and Merrill (Lorraine Sullivan). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
