For Diane is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was predeceased by: her brother Ted Brydges. She is survived by: her husband Eric Smith; her sons, David (Lise) and Jeffrey (Brenda); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Nick), Samuel (Sophia), Benjamin and Francesca (Arthur); and her brother-in-law Lindsay (late Mavis). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
