He was predeceased by: his parents, Thorold Johannsen and Marion Johannsen (Kenney). He is survived by: his son Dave Johannsen; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Boss; his grandchildren, Adrian, Gwen and James Johannsen-Boss; and his brothers, David (Ruth Buckland), Eric (Pam Cooper) and Ross (Ellen). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a wide circle of friends.
