She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Kingston, Janet (Jack), Ann (Craig), Dugald, Trevor, Sandra, Destry, Trent, Elizabeth (Dan), Tom (Joan), David (Susan), Joan (Jim), Geoffrey (Anne), Donald (Nancy) and Catherine (David). She was also cherished by her nine children, twenty grandchildren.

Her charity of choice has always been the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto.
