It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Helen Austen (Windsor, Québec), who passed away at the age of 92, on January 7, 2020. She was predeceased by : her sisters, Frances, Leona Lukaniuk, Lillian, Mary Bailey, Margaret Roache and Pat Pracey.

She is survived by : her sons, Ian (Sally Coutts) of Ottawa and Brian (Denise); her grandchildren, Cara Austen, Adam Austen, Timothy Austen, Danielle Feltham and Miranda Van Velzen; her sister Fran; and her former life partner Ronald B. Austen Jr.. She is also survived by Her nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren.

Because of the current pandemic restrictions, there will be a private burial.
