He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Modien (Tootsie) and Edwin Modien (Eddie); and his grandparents, Thora, Art Modien, Hilda and Targe Sordal.

He is survived by : his sons, Clinton (Darling) and Sheldon (Deanna); his grandchildren, Aiden, Xander, Logan, Julia and Aleah; his siblings, Debbie Fritz (Gerald) and Phil; his nieces and nephews, Loretta, Jessica, Daryn and Keith; and his wife Sandra Moir.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, January 7th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Klara Cemetery (Simmie, SK S0N2N0).
