Anne Triska Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Triska of Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kamil Scheltgen and Josephine Scheltgen; her husband Gerald George Triska; and her brothers, Albert and Leonard Scheltgen (Cordelia).
She is survived by: her children, Jim (Janice) and Joan Cuevas (Alex); her grandson Michael (Sheila); her great grandchild Matthew; her granddaughter Carla Proust (Al); her great grandchildren, Berkley and Hudson; her grandsons, Derek and Mark; and her great grandchild Alexander.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the Ross Funeral Chapel (123 4th Ave E, Assiniboia, SK S0H 0B0). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Church (525 Centre St, Assiniboia, SK S0H0B0).
