She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Reed and Mel Reed; her siblings, Clifford and Judy; her husband Roy Schafer; her son Tim; and her grandson Dillon.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mebla (Tom) and Arlen (Marni); and her children, Patti Johnston (Brian), Vern (Sharon) and Patricia Watamanuk (Cam). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; as well as many relatives and friends.
