She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Kirby and Grace Kirby (Johnson); her husband Earl Heagy; her son Marvin (late Linda); her stepsons, Earl (late Olivia) and Ralph (Eleanor); her stepmother Gladys Kirby; and her siblings, Charlie (late Ellen), Bob (late Greta), Jim (late Emma), Elsie Kalbfleish (late Bill), Ernest "Dutch" (Rose) and Violet Talock (late Fred).
She is survived by: her children, Edith Spagrud of Wetaskiwin, AB, Garry (Elizabeth) of St. Clements, ON, Steve (Eileen) of Winfield, AB, Shirley Bender (Bruce) of Pine Lake, AB and Peggy Ching (late Cliff) of Slave Lake, AB; and her siblings, Myrt Linden (late Bill) and Ralph Kirby (late Margaret) of Assiniboia, SK.. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren and 28 great great grandchildren.
