She was predeceased by : her father Trevor Puschelberg (Mitchell Taylor) of Moose Jaw, SK.; and her grandparents, Harry and Evelyn Puschelberg of Regina Sk. She is survived by : her mother Patricia Puschelberg; her children, Tarryn, Chelsey Puschelberg, Conor Nechiporenko and Joshua Adams; her grandchildren, Chasity, Noah, Calaya, Christel, Kaylee, Mateo and Julius; her common-law partner Todd Martina; her sister Dawn Paez; her nieces and nephews, Shayla, Sydney, Christian and Jayden; her aunts, Jenny (Don) and Brenda (Jerry); and her uncle Jeff (Patti).
