He is survived by: his wife Ann; his daughter Carol Ann Spicer; his grandchildren, Cody (Sheena) and Callyn; his children, Ally, Logan (Sara), Calvin and Janice Koch (Ken); his grandchildren, Kodie, Kenneth (Yuliia) and Jade (Tyler); his child Ken'Skip'Spicer; and his granddaughters, Leah (Kevin) and Emily (Caitlyn).
