He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Allan, Agnes Marie Starblanket, Frank and Ethel Buffalo; his parents, Gilbert Sr. Starr and Muriel Starr; his niece Janet; and his granddaughters, Launa, Maria and Elizabeth.
He is survived by : his children, Andrea (Lowell), Adrian, April (Dean), Chad (Amber), Starlene, Lindsey Dawn (Jared) and David; his siblings, Gilbert Jr., Arlene (Kevin) and Renita (Dale); and his nieces and nephews, Louis, Vincent (Roberta), Tessa, Francis, Chris Lynda (Monique), Justin (Cheyenne), Daniel, Amy, Kendall and Dylan. He is also survived by his adopted family brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
