He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sue Linnen. He is survived by: his parents, Barb Lewis (Ben Johnson) and Wade Lewis (Sarah Hungle); his brother Jack Lewis; his grandparents, Ken Linnen, Paul and Sally Lewis; his aunts and uncles, Andrea (Scott Tresek), Dana (Tony Solis), Liz (Al Natrasany) and Jason Lewis (Barb Nagel); his cousins, Jessica, Hannah, Owen Tresek, Marcos, Marisol Solis, Chris, Amanda Natrasany and Jasmin Natrasany; his uncle Scott; and also, Ethan and Paxton.
