He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Woytiuk and Nellie Woytiuk. He is survived by: his uncle Orest; his wife Randie; his sons, Andrew (Erin) and Bryce; his granddaughter Quinn; his stepgrandchildren, Kay-Lynne Fehr (Marentin) and Emily Collier (Dom Settee); and his siblings, Dale (Dianne), Glen (Val) and Linda. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
