He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Schwark and Ida Schwark; and his siblings, Helmuth Schwark, Alfred Schwark, Irma Urbanowski, Rita Medernach and Paula Flottemesch.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Schwark; his children, Brenda Beler (Mark), Wayne Schwark (Tess), Corinne Machej (Murray), Keith Schwark, Janice Voll (Kurt) and Jonathan Schwark (Michelle); and his siblings, Hubert Schwark, Bruno Schwark and Hilda Graw. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren (Spouses) and 19 great-grandchildren, Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and many friends.
A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Vital Catholic Church (11 18th St E, Battleford, SK S9A2X3). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
