He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriett Tatum and Frank Tatum; and his brothers, Keith and Frankie. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Codie (Colleen), Kurtis (Krista) and Jamie (Kayla); and his sister Francie Albright-Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
