We bid farewell to Doris Whyte of Bengough, Saskatchewan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2026 at the age of 91. Doris touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Verboom and Jane-Mary "Jennie" Verboom (Collot-Leonard); her husband Clinton Kenneth Whyte; her daughters, Marie Stewart and Doreen Whyte; her sister-in-law Ethel Howlett (Fred); her son-in-law Terry Duncan; and her grandson-in-law Dean Culbert.
She is survived by: her son Ken; her son-in-law Gordon Stewart; her grandchildren, Dawn (David), Jody (Geof) and David (Cherry); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Colton, Noah-Dawn, Jonah, Joran, Brock (Sierra), Alexander and Olivia; and her sisters, Jean Hill (Elton) and June Scott. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Community Hall.
