He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Emily Felix and Robert Halkett; his stepfather Leo Felix; his grandmother Catherine Mirasty; his parents-in-law, Roderick and Margaret Sanderson; his siblings, Isaac, Leonard Halkett and Katherine "Jean" Badger; and his great grandchildren, Steven and Forrest Charles.
He is survived by : his wife Sharon Mirasty; his children, Martha, Angus (Corley), Yul (Ramona), Mary (Thomas), Hume, Katherine (Dorin), Margaret (Mark) and Junior (Courtney); his siblings, Dougie, Gilbert, Alex, John Boy, Henry, Rev. Sam Halkett, Bobby Joseph, Floyd, Dale, Absolom, Gordon Felix, Priscilla Felix, Vicky Joseph, Lucy Henderson, Lena Halkett and Phylis Moccasin; his aunt Flora Olsen; and his brother Howard Badger (Twin Bears). He is also survived by his 47 grandchildren; his 23 great grandchildren; his numerous god children, his numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, in-law's and outlaws and adopted children.
