He was predeceased by : his parents, Norm Whitfield and Beth Whitfield; and his siblings-in-law, Joe, Edna Jasper and John Jasper.

He is survived by : his wife Helen Jasper; his daughter Nancy Anthony (Lee); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Alexa and Josie of Mankota, SK; his son Michael (Amanda); his granddaughters, Sophie and Ava of Briercrest, SK.; his siblings, Barry Whitfield (Gail), Brenda Paysen (Larry) and Vicki Getzlaf (Lawrence); and his sister-in-law Lori Jasper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and many, many special friends.
