He is survived by : his wife Shirley; his children, Kimberley Kettlewell (Clayton), Shelly May (Steven) and Lindsey Kettlewell (Darcy); and his grandchildren, Rhett, Kennedy (Shelly), Camryn (Kimberley) and Bernie (Lindsey).
