Anne Wyonzek Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anne Wyonzek of Canora, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2026 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anne Wyonzek to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hnat Wonsiak and Christine Wonsiak; her siblings, Paul, Mike, Bill, Mary Zwarych and Kathy Donald; and her great grandchild Austin Constant.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Wyonzek of Fireman's Ball; her children, Dave, Darcy, Ken (Shelley), Pat, Margaret (Steve Elekes), Geoff (Emily) and Bob (Christy); her brother John; her grandchildren, Kyle (Acara), Kayla (Blake Constant), Steven, Adam, Dylan (Todd McCaslin), Tarrington (Kelsey), Tannum, Megan and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Arista, Acelyn, Sienna and Crew. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many dear friends.
A vigil service was held on Friday, February 27th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church (201 4 Ave, Canora, SK S0A0L0). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the Canora Gateway Lodge Auxiliary, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Anne Wyonzek.
