He was predeceased by : his parents, Nick Kuruliak and Mary Kuruliak (Toffan); and his siblings, Ann Sklaruk, Metro Kuruliak and Edward Kuruliak.

He is survived by : his wife Evelyn; his children, Daphne Kuchinski (Ron), Kim Pettypiece (Jack), Twila Riffel (Bill) and Nolan Kuruliak (Patty); his sister June Herron; his grandchildren, Amanda Kuchinski, Robyn Sinclair (Chad), Whitney Sayer (Luke), Connor Riffel (Sandy), Taylor Riffel and Brent Holland; and his great grandchildren, Capri, Kasen Sinclair, Livie Sayer and Kaydence Holland. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Those wishing to make expressions of sympathy may make donations to the St. Joseph's R.C. Church Building Fund or to the Canora Hospital Auxiliary, as tokens of remembrance, in memory of Henry Kuruliak.

“Hello Evelyn, I am very sorry to read about Henry's passing this past December. I remember him well.He was Evelyn and Art's contemporary cousins in age .When growing up I always enjoyed our visits with your family, auntie Mary. and all the Toffan cousins, aunts and uncles in Canora area.I think of my uncle Fred often especially when my 7 year old grandson learns violin sincere condolences to you& family of your loss of Henry.
