She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gazdewich and Anne Gazdewich; her parents-in-law, Steve and Tekla Dutchak; her husband Sam S. Dutchak; her siblings, Jean (Michael), Eugene, Arthur and Athen; and her siblings-in-law, Pete Dutchak (Susan), Mary Stelmack (Frank), Judy Bodnar (Steve), Nellie Zarazun (Mike), Edward Dutchak (Marie), Louis Dutchak (Olga), John Dutchak and Emily Dutchak.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Ingleby (Arthur), Thomas Dutchak (Debra), Ben Dutchak (Gwen) and Nadia Ruf (Terry); her grandchildren, Joanna (Karl), Nathan (Riki), Philip (Allison), Jennifer (Mike), Jaimie, Jordon (Shayna) and Ryan (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Madison, Mya, Arthur, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Andrew, Aria, Austin, Jacob and Zaalia; and her siblings-in-law, Sylvia Gazdewich, Emily Gazdewich, Jean Zarazun, Evelyn Dutchak and Ernest Dutchak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
