She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Swan and Rhea Andrusiak; her husband Leonard Kopelchuk; her parents-in-law, Peter Kopelchuk and Antonia Kopelchuk; her brother Marlin Swan; her siblings-in-law, Alice Swan, Sherry Kopelchuk, Jim Onofrychuk and Edward Olzewski; and her niece Judy Swan.
She is survived by : her nephew Delbert Swan; her daughters, Carla Moretta (Mike), Tracy Gulka (Roman) and Janine Kotzer (Darcy); her grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jacob, Sydney and Nathan; her siblings, Beryl Onofrychuk, Sharon Olzewski, Lionel Swan, Wayne Swan (Elsie) and Reg Swan; her siblings-in-law, Audrey Hoehn (Ron) and Allan Kopelchuk (Sandy); and her nieces and nephews, Nicole Helmsing (Chance) and Kristen Reves (Ben). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
