He is survived by: his children, Dustin Willoughby and Angela Willoughby (Randy Ross) of Canwood, SK; his granddaughter Avery Poelzer of Grand Prairie, AB; his stepgrandchildren, James Ross of Canwood, SK and Payton Ross of Blairmore, AB; his brother Dennis Willoughby (Linda) of Craven, SK; his niece Cheryl Washenfelder (Chris); his great-nephews, Luke and Cole of Regina, SK; his niece Shannon Cowan (Lee); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Brenna and Bo of Regina, SK; his siblings-in-law, David and Cheryl Mason of Shellbrook, SK; his niece Karen Mason of Shellbrook, SK; his great-niece Sara Shakul of Calgary, AB; his great-nephew Adam Shakul of Shellbrook, SK.; and his brother-in-law Milt Gelette of Edmonton, AB..
