She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Lionel Cutler; her parents, Robert Moffat and Florence Moffat; and her siblings, Jean Harder, Don Moffat and Butch Moffat (David).

She is survived by: her sons, Ward (Jody) and Brent (Amber); her grandchildren, Ty, Stetson, Emily, Sierra and Skylar; and her sister Vi Hutcheon (Don). She is also survived by Many sister & brother in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Barb's memory to the Horns & Hocks Team Roping Club (a nonprofit organization and sport Barb and the entire Cutler Family are very passionate about).
