With sadness, we share the passing of Lyle Basken of Carlyle, Saskatchewan. Lyle passed away on July 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolle Basken; his son Daryl Basken; his grandson Cody Basken; his nieces and nephews, Dale Olafson, Lynn Olafson (Ila), Marilyn Olafson, Dwayne Olafson (Bonnie), Lorne Olafson (Darcy), Shannon Olafson-Wagner (Bob), Brent Olafson (Val), Glen Olafson, Gary Olafson (Amy) and Jennifer Olafson; his daughter Donna Basken; his parents, Charlie Basken and Eileen Basken; and his siblings, Dwight Basken and Beverley Olafson.
