We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2020, at the age of 92, Elizabeth Merkley (Carnduff, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eric; her parents, Fritz Henger and Katrina Henger; her siblings, Kathrine Rossow and Fred Henger; her siblings-in-law, Ed Parkman (Joyce), Donnie St (Louise), Wilfred Tyo (Doreen), Rudy Rossow, Alex Bzdell and Mary Henger; her parents-in-law, Berteron and Elta Merkley; and her daughter-in-law Joan Merkley.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Sandra) of Calgary, Jim (Donna) of Glen Ewen, Danny (Dianne) of Glen Ewen, Randy (Korena) of Glen Ewen and Diane Loucks (Rod) of Melita; her grandchildren, Kim Carter (Jay), Cam Merkley (Lindsey), Cari Merkley, Kurt Merkley (Christine), Todd Merkley (Clare), Bryce Merkley (Taylor), Shawn Merkley, Christopher Merkley, Karissa George (Galen), Colby Merkley (Jaide), Dylan Merkley (Shania), Randy Loucks (Kaitlyn) and Reed Loucks (Val); her great grandchildren, Ewan, Sophie Carter, Cooper, Wallace Merkley, Austin, Brady Merkley, Grayson, Pryce George, Brexlyn Merkley and Hazel Loucks; her sister Helen Bzdell; and her siblings-in-law, Ellis Merkley (Theresa) and Brenda Porter (Bill). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
