He is survived by: his wife Kaye Evans; his children, Lee (Tammy), Cory (Ruth) and Shane (Dena); his grandchildren, Chanel Sim (Johnathan), Farrah, Joshua, Zachary and Halle; his children, Samantha Cooke (Cody), Taylor Moore (Dallas), Morgan, Lacey and Ryley; his great grandchildren, Ronan Bangsund, Braun Wallchuk, Elizabeth Sim and Colter Moore; his brother Dennis; and his nieces, Tracy Junk (David) and Michelle Therrien (Francis).
