He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Fowler; his daughter Crystal Bedore; his grandchildren, Joshua, Emily and Hailey; his daughter Amanda Cook; his grandchildren, Samantha, Stephanie, Bri and Jaxson; his children, Terry Jr. (TJ) Fowler (Chantelle) and Melina; his siblings, Ron McPhail (Lori), Vickie Keen (Stephen), Linda Taylor (George), Dennis Fowler (Debbie), Betty Ouellette (Perry), MaryAnn Legary (Ray), Nancy Carnduff, Allan Fowler (Francine), Myron Fowler (Teresa) and Sherry Bayliss; his siblings-in-law, Brian Chicoine (Brenda), Brenda Barnes (Terry), Penny Woods (Bruce) and Lorie Stutsky (Randy); and his mother-in-law Mabel Wilk (Phil).
