He was predeceased by : his sister Janice. He is survived by : his mother Rhae; his brother Brett; his wife Patricia; his children, Andrew (Janay), Sarah, Ethan (Maisie) and Kayla; his grandchildren, Paige, Noelan, Shaelynn and Kaiden; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Sadie and Quinn.
